Shipping and Policy

EU orders:

Due to new rules and custom requirements, VAT will be charged and have to be paid by you. The VAT fee differs based on your location, please check with your local postal office for more information. 

With this effect, there may also be an additional 1-2 weeks of delays as your parcel goes through customs.

 

Mail returned to us:

If there are shipping issues (e.g. your address is undeliverable or wrong, unclaimed), you have these options to proceed with:

1) You will have to pay for the reshipping fee (via PayPal or local payment services), and we will ship your order out again or;

2) We can cancel and refund your order, minus a restocking fee of 10% + the original cost of shipping.

Shipping in Singapore: 1-4 working days

Shipping internationally: 4-16 weeks

Do note that sometimes, your shipment may be delayed due to festive seasons, unexpected events, customs delays, which are out of my control. Please be patient, your parcel will reach you soon!

*Please understand that we cannot track your mail if you opt for normal mailing, and lost mail is out of our control for this shipment method.

 

Handling time:

Processing times are 1-2 weeks for peak periods and 3-5 days on a regular basis.

Standard mode of mail:

Standard mail will be shipped without tracking and insurance. This means that if your package is lost, we are unable to be responsible for a refund. For this reason, we recommend tracked mailing.

 

Tracking mail:

An email with your tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped out. You can also key in your tracking number in https://www.singpost.com/track-items

Some countries do not offer door-to-door tracking, meaning that the shipping can only be tracked until the package reaches your country.

 

My item has not arrived?:

If you have chosen normal mailing, I am unable to track the mail once it leaves my hands at the post office, and I cannot be responsible for lost mail.

Refunds will not be given if your mail is lost, so I highly recommend you opt for tracked mailing to reduce the chances of such cases.

 

Customs/import tax:

We are not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other local postal requirements that may be issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel so please make yourself familiar with your local import laws and regulations.

 

Refunds and exchanges:

Currently, I do not offer refunds/exchanges. Items are quality checked, packaged and made with care before they are mailed. Thank you for understanding ✿

 

Combined shipping:

We do not combine shipping due to the possible risks of error, so please make sure you have everything you want in your cart before checking out!
