Hello and welcome to PigeonCrafts, thanks for stopping by. This small business is run by Ryan and Cheryl, from our sunny little island in Singapore :)
Cheryl is a tattoo artist who does most of the designing for our merchandise and social media stuff. Meanwhile, Ryan is a jack of all trades; he handles the logistics, customer service, and shipping. We both love bringing funny, cute and weird art to people, and we hope you'll like them too!

Q: Will you be restocking this item?
A: Most of the time, we would like to continue bringing in new things so we will not be restocking products that have been sold out.
Q: When will my order arrive?

Q: What if my order is lost?
A: As we are a small business, we are currently unable to give any refunds for your mail once it leaves the post office. We are so sorry for any inconvenience and hope you understand. However, all international orders come with tracking to keep you updated on its whereabouts!
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Handlings times are from 3-10 days depending on the volume of orders, but we will try our best to ship everything within a week.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Singapore! :)
